Minor Boy Strangled By Mother’s ‘Dupatta’ While Playing In Assam
Guwahati: In a tragic incident, a minor boy was allegedly killed after being accidently strangled by his mother’s ‘dupatta’ while playing at their residence in Golaghat district of Assam.
The incident took place in Moukhowa area of the district on Tuesday morning.
The deceased minor boy has been identified as Julfiq Ahmed.
Reports claim that he accidently strangled himself while playing after getting his neck entangled in his mother’s “dupatta” (veil).
He was rushed to a local hospital immediately after the incident but was pronounced dead on arrival.
